The Al Rayyan Stadium and Precinct project is located on the existing site of the Al Rayyan Sports Club (ARSC) on the outskirts of metropolitan Doha, in the Al Rayyan municipality. The project site is located along the Dukhan Highway and is in close proximity to the Mall of Qatar,  The site is being redeveloped by the Supreme Committee to provide a new masterplan and sports facilities for use during the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar™ (the Tournament), and for subsequent Legacy use after the Tournament.
