GREEN LINE UNDERGROUND AND ELEVATED METRO – (MD’s Exp.)

The project comprises two 16 km twin bore rail tunnel; 6 under ground stations including one interchange station; 2 switch boxes; 6 evacuation shafts, 1 trough and 3 energy transfer stations.

HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EXPANSION – (MD’s Experience)

The HIA Passenger Terminal Complex is a World class facility, an important air transportation hub and in the forefront of international airport terminal design. It was tasked to ensure that the expansion is environmentally designed and shall be energy efficient. The terminal complex comprises a 5-storey main terminal and 3-storey concourse buildings with a gross floor area of approximately 130,000 sqm.

  • LOD 300 (BIM Modelling for Architectural, Structural and MEP)

BIM Specialist Services:

  • Implementing proprietary systems   digitally   requires   a   different approach. It requires lot of iterations, patients and collaboration.
  • Successful digital / BIM implementation proprietary systems like SAS & RTBS with close coordination and collaboration.
  • Bringing up BIM  deliverables  as  per  Woqod  Standards  for  certain deliverables.

QETAIFAN ISLAND NORTH WATERPARK – (MD’s Experience)

All the rides within the waterpark are inspire by the Qatari culture; complementing the theme of the oil and gas industry. Experience the adrenaline rush in The Icon Tower; a distinct zone in the water park. The world’s highest tower of its kind located on a small island opposite to Qetaifan Island North and linked to it with an overwater bridge. You can reach the Icon Tower with a train that passes by the bridge to enjoy our premier rides.
The waterpark project consists of 160777 SQM area, 36 different rides, 80 Meter, The Highest Water slide in the World.

SEEF LUSAIL PROJECTS – (MD’s Experience)

SEEF LUSAIL PROJECT- PLOT D1 & D2
  • Plot D1 (2 basements, 1 podium and 2 towers 12 & 19 floors retail).
  • Plot D2 (2 basements, 1 podium and 2 towers 16 & 20 floors).
The project scope involves the construction of 4 residential towers standing over retail podiums. It  will cover  an overall built-up  area  (BUA)  of around 85,000  square  meters  along  with common commercial areas located at Lusail, Qatar. The project involves Tower D1-1 comprising 50 meters height, Tower D1-2 comprising 65 meters height, Tower D2-1 comprising 72 meters height and Tower D2-2 comprising 90 meters height.
SEEF LUSAIL PROJECT- PLOT D3 & D4
  • Plot D3 (2 basements, 1 mezzanine and 2 towers 15 & 25 floors retail).
  • Plot D4 (2 basements, 1 podium, 3 towers 17, 22 & 29 floors).
At  a  combined  site  area  of  24,300  square  meters,  the  development  comprises  five  apartment towers which offer generous living spaces and stunning sea views for 400 residences, laid out in an arc along the waterfront.

MILITARY MEDICAL COMPLEX HOSPITAL – (MD’s Experience)

QMMC  comprises  400  Beds  secondary  care  general  teaching  Hospital and  complex.  This  new  facility  will  serve  a  population  of  up  to  250,000 people, consisting of military personnel.

  • LOD 100 to LOD 400 (BIM Modelling for Architectural, Structural & MEP)

TENBEK HOSPITAL – (MD’s Experience)

The project involves the construction of Tenbek Hospital, comprising 350-beds in Al Khor.

PWA MSHEIREB BUS STATION – (MD’s Experience)

The Bus Station facility can accommodate 22 bus bays (drive in drive out type) for boarding  and  alighting  the  passengers  to  meet  the  demand  to  serve  12  bus routes and will operate at a frequency of 70 buses per hour.

RAS ABU ABOUD STADIUM – (MD’s Experience)

Constructed  using  shipping  containers,  removable  seats  and  other  modular  “building blocks”, not only will this innovative, 40,000-seat venue have a remarkable design, but it will be entirely dismantled and repurposed after the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Its parts will be used in other sporting or non-sporting projects, setting a new standard in sustainability and introducing bold new ideas in tournament legacy planning.

LUSAIL STADIUM – (MD’s Experience)

The  80,000-seat  Lusail  Stadium  will  embody  Qatar’s  ambition  and  its  passion  for  sharing Arab culture with the world. It is here that the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ final will be staged, with billions around the globe watching on. The design of this magnificent stadium is  inspired  by  the  interplay  of  light  and  shadow  that  characterizes  the  fanar  lantern.  Its shape  and  façade  echo  the  intricate  decorative  motifs  on  bowls,  vessels  and  other  art pieces found across the Arab and Islamic world during the rise of civilization in the region.
